Is ZindeLife free?
It is free to download and start using, and you can use it as a guest without an account. The premium subscription unlocks the ASMR collection, brainwave frequencies and premium collections added later.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel on iOS in Settings, Subscriptions; on Android in Google Play, Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
My premium purchase is not restored.
Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple or Google account, then use Restore Purchases on the purchase screen.
Do I have to sign in?
No. You can use every feature as a guest. Signing in backs up your journal, sleep and progress records to your account and restores them on a new device.
Is my data safe?
Your entries are stored on your device; if you are signed in they are also copied to a backup only you can access. The app has no ads and no tracking, and we do not sell your data to third parties.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the Profile section in the app, or write to us. See the Delete Account page for details.
