Privacy Policy

When you use ZindeLife we collect the following data:

• Email address and display name (when you sign in with Google or Apple)
• Account identifier (Firebase Auth)
• Purchase history and subscription status (RevenueCat)

Your journal, sleep, water and focus entries and your mood notes are stored on your device. If you signed in with Google or Apple, they are also backed up to your account so they are not lost when you change devices; only you can access that backup. In guest mode nothing is backed up and your entries never leave the device.

The app contains no advertising: no advertising id is collected, no ad network is used and no tracking takes place.

We use your data to create and manage your account, serve the audio and content catalog, move your records between your devices, verify your premium subscription and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data to third parties and we never use it for advertising.

The app uses the following third party services:

• Firebase Authentication (account sign in)
• Sign in with Google and Sign in with Apple (authentication)
• Cloud Firestore (account record and personal data backup)
• zindelife.motivexintelligence.com (audio and content catalog, our own server)
• RevenueCat (subscription and purchase management)
• HealthKit / Health Connect (sleep duration is read only if you grant permission)

You can use ZindeLife as a guest without an account; every feature is available. Signing in only adds a backup of your records to your account and restores your subscription on a new device.

The premium subscription is managed with RevenueCat. RevenueCat processes your purchase history and an app-specific user identifier; neither we nor RevenueCat can access your card details. Payment is handled by the App Store or Google Play.

Your account data and your backup are stored on Google Firebase infrastructure (Cloud Firestore, Frankfurt region), which may be outside your country. We keep your data until you delete your account; deleting your account also permanently deletes your cloud backup.

ZindeLife is intended for a general audience and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (16 in Europe). If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child provided us data, contact us and we will delete it as soon as possible.
